– UK, London – JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc (LON: JFJ) today announced the appointment of Sally Duckworth to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective from 31st October 2022.
The company also announced that Sir Stephen Gomersall will retire from the Board at AGM in January 2023.
About Sally Duckworth
Sally Duckworth is an established entrepreneur, with a focus on technology and has a background in finance and investment. She was Chief Operating and Finance Officer at ETA Green Power until 2020 and was previously CEO of You at Work. Before that, she was COFO of Redkite Financial Markets. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Sally is a non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc and the Chair of StorMagic Limited.
