– UK, London – JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc (LON: JII) today announced the appointment of Charlotta Ginman to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1st August 2024.
About Charlotta Ginman
Charlotta Ginman is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an experienced Non-Executive Director. She has held investment banking roles with UBS, Deutsche Bank, and JP Morgan, moving on to senior finance roles with Nokia and Vertu. After a successful executive career, she made a transition to Non-Executive Director roles with a broad range of international companies from technology to healthcare and financial services. Her previous appointments in the last five years include Motif Bio plc and Consort Medical plc.
Ms. Ginman is currently the Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair of Keywords Studios plc, SID of Unicorn AIM VCT plc, and Audit Committee Chair of Pacific Assets Trust plc (retiring in July 2024) and Gamma Communications plc. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Polar Capital Technology Trust plc (retiring in September 2024) and BOKU Inc.
