Johnson Service Group welcomes Nicola Keach to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, Liverpool –  Johnson Service Group PLC (LON: JSG) today announced the appointment of Nicola Keach to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2022, bringing her extensive experience across a range of sectors, having worked within several B2B service organizations of scale.

“I am delighted to welcome Nicola to the JSG Board. Her wealth of commercial experience, including the leadership and development of a number of significant businesses, will broaden the Board’s expertise and will serve the Group well over the years ahead.” said Board Chairman, Jock Lennox.

She will also join the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees.

About Nicola Keach

Nicola Keach is CEO of Tivoli Group, the UK’s leading independent grounds maintenance provider, having joined the company in November 2021 with a remit to grow the business both organically and through aggressive acquisition.

Before joining Tivoli, Nicola spent nearly a decade at utility company ENGIE, latterly as CEO for the UK and Ireland. Responsible for £3.5 billion turnover and 15,000 employees, she successfully led the business through the COVID-19 pandemic, developed a new strategic direction and purpose for the company, and aligned the business to net-zero.
