– UK, Leeds – Jet2 plc (LON: JET2), the Leisure Travel group, today announced the appointment of Rachel Kentleton to its Board as an independent non-executive director effective from 18 March 2024.

Rachel Kentleton will also join the Audit & Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee.
The company also announced the retirement of Mark Laurence from the Board.

Rachel Kentleton was most recently CFO at St Modwen Properties Ltd and before that was Group Finance Director at PayPoint plc. Rachel has held various senior positions in Finance, Investor Relations, and Strategy including Group Director of Strategy and Implementation at easyJet plc. She has also held several non-executive positions including her current roles as a non-executive director at Trustpilot Group plc and Travelodge, and her former role as Chair of the Audit Committee at Persimmon plc.
