Jedox appoints Kay-Ingo Greve as incoming CEO

– GERMANY, Freiburg – Jedox  today announced the appointment of Mr Kay-Ingo Greve as CEO. A former Microsoft executive, Kay-Ingo will drive Jedox’s internationalization and growth.

“Jedox is top-rated by customers, partners, and analysts for innovation and ease of use,” says Kay-Ingo. “Jedox’s unified approach to planning, reporting and analytics makes it easy because you only need one platform for your entire enterprise. The technology is amazing and has tremendous potential, so it’s an incredible time to be joining the Jedox team.”

“With Kay-Ingo, an acknowledged and experienced sales leader takes over as CEO,” notes Bernhard Wöbker, Chairman of the Jedox Advisory Board. “Based on his international experience, he will lead the company’s future expansion and accelerate its success, especially in North America.

As Worldwide Director, Enterprise Sales at Microsoft, Kay-Ingo was responsible for establishing and expanding global specialist sales from Redmond, USA. Other executive positions include Senior Director of Strategy at Microsoft and General Manager OEM, while in Europe, Kay-Ingo spearheaded market entry for Openshop. As Jedox CEO, Kay’s executive Microsoft experience complements former Oracle and Infor executives Matthias Krämer and Bernd Eisenblätter.

Kay-Ingo remarks, “Jedox has incredibly loyal customers, and now we have the opportunity to excel – old BI is too clunky, while simple data discovery tools can surface data, but can’t help business users with planning.
