– UK, Halesowen – A & J Mucklow Group plc (LSE:MKLW), the Midlands based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), is pleased to announce that Peter Hartill will be appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 July 2016.
He will join the Company’s Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees and take over the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee when Jock Lennox steps down from the Board at the Annual General Meeting in November 2016.
Mr Hartill, a Chartered Accountant, is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at The Paragon Group of Companies plc.
