– UK, Sheffield – ITM Power PLC (LON: ITM) announced the appointment of Matthias von Plotho to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective from 15 January 2025, replacing Jürgen Nowicki, who resigned from the Board.

Matthias von Plotho joined Linde in 2001 as Team Lead Accounting and subsequently held different positions in Finance & Controlling. In 2003, he was appointed Global Head of M&A for Linde AG and was named Head of Finance & Control EMEA in 2010. He assumed his current role as SVP of Finance EMEA at Linde Gas after Linde’s merger with Praxair in 2019.
