Carolyn Rand will chair the audit committee.

Carolyn Rand is a board professional with considerable experience in financial and business leadership, governance, and strategy planning across public and private enterprises. Most recently, Carolyn Rand was CFO of AIM-quoted Bango plc where she remains a strategic adviser and has recently been appointed as a governor of the College of West Anglia. Her experience also includes senior roles in large multinationals such as Smith and Nephew plc and Sepura plc, executive roles within high-growth technology and scientific businesses like Zinwave and Isogenica, and international NGOs such as Birdlife International. Carolyn is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
