Investec announces upcoming appointment of Stephen Koseff to its Board of Directors

– UK, London –  Investec plc (LON: INVP) today announced its intention to appoint Stephen Koseff to its Board of Directors as a non-independent, non-executive director, subject to regulatory approval. He will also be appointed to the board of the affiliated company, Investec Limited

The appointments are expected to become effective later this year, in accordance with Directive 4 of 2018 of the South African Prudential Authority, which requires that the effective date of appointment cannot be earlier than 12 months from the date Stephen resigned as a director of the Board.
