– UK, London – International Public Partnerships Limited (LON: INPP) announced the appointment of Giles Adu to its Board as a non-executive Director effective from 1 September 2024.
Biography for Giles Adu
Giles has over 30 years of experience spanning investment, advisory, and investment funds across debt capital markets, real estate investment, alternative investment fund structuring, and capital raising. He is a Co-Founder and Investment Director of Seaton Place Limited, an investment advisor, and an advisor to Silk Road Opportunities Fund, a commercial property investment fund and bespoke alternative investments for family offices and HNWIs.
Giles has previously held several senior advisory roles in fixed-income and debt capital markets at Societe Generale and BNP Paribas, before establishing Brook Street Partners an alternative investment fund advisor to global institutional investors. Giles has held several non-executive director positions for investment funds in multi-asset classes in private and public markets.
Giles holds an MSc in Financial Economics, and a BA in Economics and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Charter holder.
