International Millennium Mining appointed Michael Prinsloo to its Board of Directors

– CANADA, Calgary – International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX-V:IMI) (Frankfurt:L9J) announces the appointment of Mr. Michael Prinsloo to IMMC’s Board of Directors, effective June 28, 2017. Mr. Prinsloo has more than forty years of experience in the international mining industry. Mr. Prinsloo began his career in South Africa with Anglo American Corporation in 1972, where he was involved in the development of projects in various African countries. During his twenty-five (25) years with Anglo American Mr. Prinsloo held a number of executive positions in Anglo American’s Gold Division, including Mine Manager of the Freegold, West Wits and Vaal Reef Mines. Mr. Prinsloo has also held positions as President and CEO of Banro Corporation, Executive Vice President of Goldfields Limited and President and CEO of Durban Roodepoort Deep Limited. Mr. Prinsloo is presently a Professional Engineer registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa.
