– CANADA, Saint-Laurent – IntelGenx Technologies Corp. (TSX: IGX | OTC: IGXT) today announced the appointments of Dr. Srini Rao, M.D., Ph.D., and Frank Stegert to its Board of Directors, bringing the size of the Board from six to eight.
Dr. Rao will join the Compensation Committee and Mr. Stegert the Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee.
Dr. Srini Rao has served as atai’s CSO since April 2019 and Frank Stegert has served as atai’s VP, Investment Management and Operations since January 2021, having also served as a part-time consultant for atai before joining full-time.
