– UK, London – IntegraFin Holdings plc (LON: IHP) announced the appointment of Irene McDermott Brown to its Board as a non-executive director effective from 1 January 2025.
Irene will also join the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee and will assume the chair of the Remuneration Committee.
Irene McDermott Brown has extensive executive experience with M&G and Barclays and is a non-executive director of Lancashire Holdings Limited where she chairs the Remuneration Committee.
