About Stephanie Bush
Stephanie Bush recently retired from The Hartford where she was the Head of Small Commercial and Personal Lines. During her tenure at The Hartford, she demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving strategic direction and achieving outstanding financial results. Under her guidance, Hartford’s Small Commercial insurance business experienced remarkable growth, serving nearly 1.5 million business customers.
Stephanie Bush has held several key positions at The Hartford and Travelers. At The Hartford, she advanced from roles in commercial insurance product, underwriting, and field operations to become the Chief Product and Underwriting Officer for Small Commercial in 2013. Stephanie Bush was then promoted to head of Small Commercial in 2014 and expanded her leadership to include Personal Lines in 2018.
Her industry expertise extends beyond her professional accomplishments. She served as the former chair of the National Council on Compensation Insurance and recently held positions on the Board of Trustees of the Connecticut Science Center and as a Board Advisor to Vault Insurance.
