– CANADA, Montréal – Institute for Governance (IGOPP) today announced the appointments of Louis Audet, Executive Board Chair at Cogeco Inc., and Isabelle Marcoux, Board Chair at Transcontinental Inc., to the IGOPP’s Board of Directors.
Yvan Allaire, Chair of the Board of the Institute for Governance emphasized Mr. Audet and Ms. Marcoux’s entrepreneurial background and their extensive experience as directors of publicly traded companies and NPOs.
