– UK, Beaconsfield – Inland ZDP PLC (LON: INLZ) today announced the appointment of Jolyon Harrison to its Board of directors effective from 24 July 2023 when appointed CEO of the Inland Homes PLC group.
The company also announced the resignation of Desmond Wicks from the board on 4 August 2023.
About Jolyon Harrison
Jolyon Leonard Harrison is a director of Inland Homes PLC and was a director of MJ Gleeson PLC until his resignation in June 2019. Mr. Harrison was appointed director of JDP Contracting Services Limited in March 2008. JDP Contracting Services Limited subsequently appointed an administrator in August 2018 and was dissolved in November 2021 while Mr. Harrison was still a director. The deficiency to creditors was approximately £154,184.
