– UK, Amersham – Inland Homes plc (AIM: INL), the brownfield developer, housebuilder, and partnership housing company with a focus on the South and South East of England, today announced the appointment of Richard Padley to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 2 August 2023.
“I am pleased to welcome Richard to Inland; his background as a Chartered Accountant and experience in the property sector will make him a valuable addition to the Board. His arrival has also allowed us to refresh our committee composition, and re-appoint a Senior Independent Director, a role I am delighted that Trevor Sawyer has agreed to fulfil,” said Board Chair, Matthew Robinson.
Richard Padley will also join the Audit Committee as its Chair.
