Indivior announces Board member Juliet Thompson as next Senior Independent Director

– UK, Slough –  Indivior PLC (LON: INDV) today announced the appointment of Non-Executive Director Juliet Thompson as Senior Independent Director, effective from October 1, 2023.

Juliet has been a Non-Executive Director since March 2021 and is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination & Governance Committee.

This announcement follows the announcement on October 13, 2022, that current Senior Independent Director Daniel Phelan will stand down from the Board.
