She will join Chelsea Stoner of Battery Ventures, and members of InCloudCounsel’s executive team, Troy Pospisil, Ben Levi, Lane Lillquist, and Jeff Bohl.

About Mike Paulus
Mike was most recently the founder and CEO of Assurance IQ, an insurance technology company which was acquired by Prudential in 2019. Previously, Mike was a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz and the President and co-founder of Addepar, a wealth management software company.
Mike also serves on the board of directors of Nesto, a Canadian financial technology company.
