Incadea appoints Pantelis Papageorgiou as Non-Executive Director

– GERMANY, Munich – Incadea plc (AIM:INCA), a leading provider of enterprise software and services to the global automotive dealership industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pantelis Papageorgiou, 42, as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Papageorgiou is very familiar with the Company having been involved with incadea since before its float in May last year, advising the Board on how best to achieve its fiscal and corporate objectives.

Mr Papageorgiou has over 15 years of experience working with international companies. He has held senior executive positions with private and listed companies mainly in the technology, auditing, asset management, food and healthcare industries. He has a proven track record in listing companies on AIM/LSE and has gained board experience from roles at listed and private companies.

He holds an MBA from Boston University, Graduate School of Management and has a BSC in accounting and finance.
