– UK, Loughborough – Image Scan Holdings PLC (LON: IGE) specialists in the field of X-ray imaging for the security and industrial inspection markets, today announced the appointment of current non-Executive Director Tim Jackson as Non-Executive Chairman, to succeed Bill Mawer who is retiring with effect from 30 June 2022.
The company also announced that Vincent Deery, current Interim CEO will be appointed CEO, and Dr. Richard Leaver, current Non-Executive Director will be appointed Deputy Chairman.
