– UK, Leicester – Ibstock Plc (LON: IBST) today announced the appointment of Louis Eperjesi as Senior Independent Director effective from the AGM on 27 April 2023, to succeed Tracey Graham who will step down from the Board at that time.
Louis has been a Non-Executive Director since June 2018 and is also a member of the Audit, Nomination, Remuneration, and ESG Committees.
