About Michele Docharty
With almost 32 years of experience at Goldman Sachs, including 10 years as a Partner, Michele Docharty brings deep expertise in financial services, strategic planning, sales, and marketing, as well as client engagement – all of which are key to HYPR’s long-term growth strategy.
Ms. Docharty held several senior roles at Goldman Sachs, most recently serving as Head of Americas Execution Services and Global Co-Head of Synthetic Product Distribution. Her roles spanned across products and regions, creating opportunities for client engagement around the world. Ms. Docharty was a member of the Global Markets Operating Committee, in addition to founding and chairing the governance group responsible for overseeing the launch of externalized data in the Global Markets business. Throughout her tenure, Ms. Docharty built and led high-performing teams and helped to drive product innovation to solve client challenges.

HYPR’s CEO, Bojan Simic, is a Board Member of the FIDO Alliance, alongside major financial institutions including American Express, Bank of America, Mastercard, and Wells Fargo.
Ms. Docharty has been named to America’s 50 Most Powerful Latinas by the Association of Latino Professionals for America for the last 4 years and was previously named one of Latino Leaders Magazine’s Top 100 Most Influential Latinas in 2020. She served on the Goldman Sachs Americas Inclusion and Diversity Committee and was a member of the Hispanic/Latinx Network. She will act as a key advocate, advisor, and mentor to help continue driving HYPR’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.
