Hyliion announces Jay Craig as Chairman of the Board of Directors

– USA, TX –  Hyliion Holdings Corp. (NYSE: HYLN), a leader in electrified powertrain solutions for Class 8 semi-trucks, announced the appointment of Jay Craig as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective December 12, 2022, succeeding Ed Olkkola, who recently passed away.

A long-recognized leader in the commercial vehicle space, Jay Craig joined Hyliion’s board of directors in February 2022 after serving as Chief Executive Officer at Meritor. During his time as a board member, Craig has been instrumental in driving the execution of Hypertruck ERX development milestones.
