– UK, London – HydrogenOne Capital Growth plc (LON: HGEN) today announced the appointment of Abigail Rotheroe to its board as non-executive Director, effective on 8 February 2022.
“We welcome Abigail to HydrogenOne and look forward to working with her and benefitting from her expertise as we execute our investment strategy,” said Board Chairman, Simon Hogan.
The company also announced that Caroline Cook will step down from the Board on 7 April 2022.
