(NASDAQ: HDSN), today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Brian Coleman as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO, roles he had assumed on an interim basis following the passing of Kevin J. Zugibe, the former Chairman of the Board and CEO, on June 23, 2020.
Mr. Coleman has been with Hudson Technologies since May 1997 and most recently served as Hudson’s President and COO since August 2001.
