– UK, Sutton – H&T Group PLC (LON: HAT) today announced the appointment of Toni Wood to its board as a non-executive director with effect from 12 May 2022, bringing a broaden and deepen expertise available to the board in relation to marketing and digital operations.
In the past five years, Toni Wood was a director at DFS Trading Ltd and remains a director of WVC Group Ltd and of Ginger Homes Ltd.
Wood and subsequent appointments reflect H&T’s aim of strengthening its presence in the digital and marketing space to further the growth of the Company’s core pawnbroking and jewellery retailing sectors.
