Hootsuite adds Christiane Pendarvis, Dave Singh and Carl Sparks to its Board of Directors alongside Julie Herendeen joining as Board Chair

– CANADA, Vancouver –  Hootsuite today announced the appointments to its Board of Directors of Julie Herendeen, Christiane Pendarvis, Dave Singh, and Carl Sparks, joining existing Board members Ryan Holmes, Tom Keiser, and Jeff Lieberman on the Board.

Julie Herendeen has been appointed Board Chair.

Concurrent with these appointments, Sara Clemens and Shahrzad Rafati have stepped down the board.

(NASDAQ: DBX) and previously led product and marketing teams at Yahoo!, Lookout, and Apple Computer (NASDAQ: AAPL).
