– CHINA, Hong Kong – Hongkong Land Holdings Limited (LON: HKLD) today announced the appointment of Stuart Grant to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 3rd March 2023, bringing valuable external expertise to the Board.
Stuart Grant will also join the Audit Committee with effect from 1st June 2023.
About Stuart Grant
Stuart Grant is CEO of ARC Group and has more than 25 years of real estate experience. He is a Co-Founder of CoreLife Investors and an adviser to Brookfield’s Real Estate Group.
Stuart Grant started his real estate investment career at Blackstone in London in 2000. During his 18 years at Blackstone, he held a variety of senior executive positions, including as a Senior Managing Director and member of the Global Investment Committee. He played a key role in building Blackstone’s real estate business in the Asia-Pacific region.
Stuart Grant returned to the United Kingdom in 2018 as MD of Stanhope Plc before joining up with Brookfield to develop the ARC science and innovation real estate platform.
