– USA, NC – Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) today announced the election of CEO Vimal Kapur to the additional role of Chairman to succeed Executive Chairman Darius Adamczyk retires from the board as of June 7, 2024.
Concurrently, Bill Ayer has also been elected to succeed Scott Davis as Lead Independent Director beginning as of the AGM on May 14, 2024. Scott Davis will continue to serve as an independent director and as Chair of the Audit Committee.
