– DENMARK, Gentofte – Højgaard Holding A/S (CPH:HOEJ-B) announced today that Carsten Bjerg has informed the company that he does not offer himself for re-election to the Board of Directors of Højgaard Holding A/S. The Board of Directors thanks Carsten Bjerg for his efforts.
Carsten Dilling will be nominated for election as a new board member at the company’s AGM on 5 April 2018.
Further, on 5 April 2018, an extraordinary general meeting will be held in MT Højgaard A/S, at which Carsten Dilling will be elected as a member of the Board of Directors instead of Carsten Bjerg who has decided to retire.
Carsten Dilling owns a BSc and Graduate Diploma in International Business (HA & HD).
Højgaard Holding A/S holds an ownership interest of 54% in MT Højgaard.
