Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) appoints Matthew Vallance as CEO Europe

– INDIA, Bangalore – Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a global leader in Business Process Management (BPM), has announced the appointment of Matthew Vallance as Chief Executive Officer for Europe.

To be based out of HGS’ European headquarters in West London, Mr. Vallance’s priority will be to leverage the existing platform to develop a strategy to drive HGS’ growth in the region and further enhance the scope of the company’s services.

Matthew Vallance has over 20 years of global outsourcing experience across BFSI, Telecom and Media industry segments. He joins HGS from Sutherland Global Services, where he held the role of Managing Director for Europeand Emerging Markets.  He previously spent 10 years at Firstsource Solutions Ltd (FSL), latterly as Global CEO.  At FSL, he spearheaded the creation of the company’s European business, growing its turnover to $200 million with 10,000 employees and a highly successful ‘rightshore’ delivery model. Mr. Vallance has also been an entrepreneur; having founded sourcing advisory business, InCode in 1998 and been part of Customer Asset’s founding team.
