He spent over 25 years at Novo Nordisk, where he served in many capacities, most notably as President and COO as the company established itself as a leading company in diabetes care. As CEO of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Kåre Schultz streamlined operations to focus the company on its core strengths in generics and specialty medicines. He also served as CEO of Lundbeck, where he helped position the company as a leader in the pharmaceutical industry.
