– UK, Huntingdon – Hilton Food Group plc (LON: HFG) announced the appointment of current Board member Patricia Dimond as Senior Independent Director, effect from 1 March 2025, replacing and succeeding Angus Porter, who remains on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

With a 30-year career in international consumer and retail businesses and financial markets, she has brought considerable relevant experience to Hilton Foods. Previously, she held Executive roles with Storehouse, Mothercare, and Value Retail plc, and she holds NED positions at Foresight VCT plc, Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust plc, and the Booker Prize Foundation.
