– IRELAND, Dublin – Hibernia REIT plc (LON: HBRN | OTC: HIBRF) today announced the appointments of Fergal O’Dwyer and Conall O’Halloran to its Board as Non-Executive Directors with effect from 25 November 2021.
Fergal O’Dwyer retired as CFO and Executive Director of DCC plc in July 2020. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of AIB Group plc.
Conall O’Halloran retired from KPMG Ireland in July 2021. He was a Partner in KPMG from 2002 until his retirement and was President of Chartered Accountants Ireland in 2020.
