– USA, IN – Heritage Environmental Services, an EQT Infrastructure portfolio company, announced the appointment of Kelly Gast to its Board of Directors effective immediately.
Kelly Gast will also join the Audit Committee as Chair.

Kelly Gast sits on the board and audit committee at Advanced Drainage Systems, the second-largest recycler of plastic pipe for water which maintains 63 manufacturing plants and 33 distribution centers. She grew to the global purview of the Crop Science division at Bayer as CFO, acting as righthand to the divisional CEO and reporting to both the overall CFO and CEO.
