Henry Boot announces Earl Sibley to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Sheffield –  Henry Boot PLC (LON: BOOT) announced the appointment of Earl Sibley to its Board as a Non-executive Director effective from 1 April 2025.

Earl Sibley will also join the Audit and Risk Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee, and the Responsible Business Committee.

Earl Sibley has extensive leadership experience in the UK-listed housebuilding sector and spent the last ten years with Vistry Group PLC as CFO, Interim Chief Executive, and most recently COO. Before that he held roles with Barratt Developments PLC and Ernst & Young.

In addition to his housebuilding and strategic land capabilities, Earl brings experience in strategic transformation, change management, and M&A activity. As a director of Vistry Group PLC between 2015 and 2024, he knows the listed environment and also chaired the Sustainability Committee and People Forum.
