– JERSEY, St. Helier – Henderson Far East Income Limited (LON: HFEL) announced the appointment of Steven Wilderspin to its Board as a non-executive director effective from 5 June 2025.
About Steven Wilderspin
Steven Wilderspin is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London in 1990 and has acted as an independent non-executive director since 2007. He is a non-executive director and chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited and of GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited, and a non-executive director of Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited.
