– UK, Great Missenden – Helios Underwriting Plc (LON: HUW) announced the appointment of Katie Wade as the first Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 June 2025.
Katie was appointed to the Board as an independent non-executive director as previously reported on 30 August 2024 and currently sits on both the Audit Committee and Nominations and Remuneration Committee of the Board.
