– UK, London – Helical PLC (LON: HLCL) today announced the appointment of Senior Independent Director Richard Cotton as Independent Non-Executive Chairman Designate, to succeed Richard Grant who is standing down as Board Chairman at the 2022 AGM to be held in July 2022.
It is proposed that Richard Cotton will hand over his duties as Senior Independent Director to Sue Clayton with effect from the conclusion of the 2022 AGM.
