Matt Kolb is EVP and COO of Carle Health and has served in a variety of medical and administrative leadership positions since joining Carle in 2014, leading innovative, system-level changes aimed at redefining healthcare. Prior to his time at Carle, Kolb served in leadership roles at Allina Health System in Minneapolis. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, Master of Health Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine, and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana.
