– ISLE OF MAN, Douglas – Hansard Global plc (LON: HSD) today announced the appointment of David Peach to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 31 December 2020.
“On behalf of the Board, I would like to welcome David as an Independent Non-Executive Director. The Company will greatly benefit from the wealth of experience that he brings. David’s appointment will complement the Board and support the Company’s strategic objectives.” said Graeme Easton, Chairman.
He will chair the Audit Committee of the Company
David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Warwick.
After training as an accountant with KPMG, David has had more than 25 years’ experience in financial services, most recently at Zurich Insurance. He has held board-level roles in insurance, banking, trust and fund management companies across several different jurisdictions.
