– BERMUDA, Pembroke – Hamilton Insurance Group, Ltd. (NYSE: HG) announced the appointment of Brad Cooper to its Board of Directors as a shareholder director representing Hopkins Holdings, LLC, effective June 1, 2024. Cooper replaces Antonio Ursano in this role.
About Bradley E. Cooper
Brad Cooper currently serves as Managing Partner of Capital Z Partners, a private equity fund specializing in investments within the financial services sector. Before founding Capital Z in 1990, Cooper worked as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at Salomon Brothers (now Citigroup). He brings extensive boardroom experience, having served on and chaired numerous committees for both publicly traded and privately held companies. Cooper has also been deeply involved with the non-profit sector, including a 16-year tenure on the Board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro New York, where he served as Chair for three years.
