Guaranty Bank & Trust adds Eddie Priefert to its Board of Directors

– USA, TX –  Guaranty Bancshares, Inc., (NASDAQ: GNTY), the parent company of Guaranty Bank & Trust, N.A., today announced the appointment of Eddie Priefert to the Board of Directors of the Bank.

Eddie Priefert is the President of Priefert Mfg. Co., Inc., is one of the world’s largest rodeo and ranch equipment manufacturers. He is the third generation of leadership in his family business. The company was founded in 1964 and currently employs over 1,000 employees. Heery is active in the Mt. Pleasant, Texas community has served on the local hospital foundation board, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas FFA Foundation.

Mr. Priefert is a graduate of LeTourneau University with BBA and MBA Degrees in Business Administration.
