– UK, Newcastle upon Tyne – Greggs plc (LON: GRG), announced the appointment of Robert Moorhead to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1st October 2025.
Robert Moorhead will join the Audit Committee as Chair and the Nominations and Remuneration Committees as a member.
Kate Ferry will retire from the Board at the end of August 2025
About Robert Moorhead
Robert Moorhead was CFO and COO of WH Smith plc before retiring from the Board in November 2024 and is also a Non-Executive Director of Watches of Switzerland Group plc, where he chairs the Audit Committee.
