– UK, London – GreenRoc Mining Plc (LON: GROC), a company focused on the development of critical mineral projects in Greenland, today announced the appointment of Andrew Panteli to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
The Company also announced that Jim Wynn is stepping down as Finance Director to focus on his other existing management positions.
