– IRELAND, Dublin – Greencore Group plc (LON: GNC) today announced the appointment of Hetal Shah to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 1 April 2023.

Hetal Shah will also join the Audit and Risk Committee.

Hetal Shah brings extensive food industry and financial experience having held numerous senior international finance roles over a 17-year career with Cadbury plc. This experience includes Finance Director roles in the UK, US, Asia and Africa. As well as a background in finance, Hetal has significant experience in corporate strategy and M&A and has worked in publicly listed and private equity-backed organizations. He is currently CFO of Europe at Belron International.
