– USA, NE – Green Plains Inc. (NASDAQ: GPRE) today announced the appointment of Martin Salinas, Jr. to its board of directors as chair of the audit committee, bringing a wealth of financial experience, having most recently served as CFO of Energy Transfer Partners, LP.
Mr. Salinas concurrently resigned from the board of directors of Green Plains Holdings LLC.
The company also announced the resignations from the Board of James Crowley who announced his retirement on July 23, 2021, while Tom Manuel and Gordon Glade also announced their retirements from the board.
