– UK, Milton Keynes – Grand Union Housing Group (LON: 57UT), the parent company of Grand Union Group Funding PLC, today announced the appointment of Colin Dennis as its new Board Chair, replacing James Macmillan who is stepping down from the Board in September.
About Colin Dennis
Colin Denni has a distinguished career in the financial and aviation sectors and brings with him a wealth of experience in non-executive roles in different regulated sectors, including the NHS, social housing, adult care, and social services.
Currently, the Chair at a fellow housing association, Citizen Housing, Colin Denni will shortly be standing down from this position when his six-year term comes to an end later this summer. During his time in the role, he led the consolidation of multiple subsidiaries to form 30,000 home Citizens.
