Glenveagh Properties announces Lorna Conn to its Board as Independent Director alongside Max Steinebach joining as Non-Executive Director

– IRELAND, Maynooth –  Glenveagh Properties plc (LON: GLV), a leading Irish homebuilder, today announced the appointment of Lorna Conn to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, while Max Steinebach will also join the Board as a Non-Executive Director, both from 1 February 2024.

About Lorna Conn

Lorna Conn is CEO of Cpl and Senior Managing Executive Officer of Outsourcing Inc, Cpl’s Tokyo-listed parent company. A Chartered Director and a qualified Chartered Accountant, Lorna trained with Deloitte and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin and a Masters in Accounting from the Michael Smurfit Business School. In addition to her executive career, she serves as an independent non-executive Director of Bord na Móna.

Lorna Conn has previously held senior roles in several public companies in both Ireland and America. Lorna served as an executive director of Cpl Resources plc from July 2018 until it was acquired in January 2021.

Max Steinebach is an Investment Director at Teleios Capital Partners, an investment firm operating from offices in Switzerland and the UK. He previously served at Charterhouse Capital Partners and The Blackstone Group, where he worked on investments across a variety of sectors, having begun his career in investment banking with Morgan Stanley.

Teleios Capital Partners is currently the largest shareholder in Glenveagh with a shareholding of 22% of the issued share capital.
